It is possible to get an image click-able so it directs to a page.
The trick is to use an imagemap.
<imagemap> Image:KK_ENG_RGB.gif|314px|alt=KK Foundation default [[Center for Applied Intelligent Systems Research - CAISR|CAISR]] desc none</imagemap>
An even simpler version is:
[[Image:Wiki.png|50px|link=Main Page]] will link to page [[Main Page]]
